Who made this

Hi, I’m Chynell. I built the lab I wish my clients had.

I’m a former teacher turned business strategist, and I’ve spent 7 years helping sellers grow multi-six-figure education businesses.

These are the numbers I run with clients before every pricing, launch and growth decision. Now you can run them too.

Frequently asked questions

Is this really free?

Yep. All 25 calculators are free to use as often as you want.

Do my numbers get saved anywhere?

No. Everything runs right in your browser. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere, so plug in your real numbers.

Do I need a membership already?

Not at all. The “Should I start?” calculators are made for sellers deciding whether to add one. The rest are for when you’re launching or growing.

How accurate are the results?

They’re as good as the numbers you put in. Each calculator uses standard membership math and real-world benchmarks, and the notes under each one tell you what it assumes. Treat the results as a smart starting point for your decision.

Are these gross or take-home numbers?

Most results are gross revenue. Plan for 10 to 15% in costs (platform fees, payment processing and tools) to estimate what you actually keep. “What does your membership actually pay you?” does that math for you.

Where do I find my churn rate?

Take how many members canceled last month and divide it by how many members you had at the start of that month. Most membership platforms also show it in their reports.
